The construction advantage

Technical grounding eight years on site

Before events, eight years as a site manager and project manager in joinery. Running complex sites, coordinating multiple trades, costing, reading drawings, following fabrication.

Running craftsmen, suppliers and a design office with no authority over any of them, settling it when two trades get in each other's way, absorbing a delivery that falls through: that's what eight years on site teaches, and it transfers to an event exactly as it is.

I moved across from construction into event, cultural, sports and broadcast production. I come in as extra hands on demanding projects: festivals, major sporting events, brand activations, corporate events, hybrid venues.
