I work on major sporting events, handling on-site coordination, crowd and access flow, and the interface between the operational teams and venue management.

Paris 2024, Roland-Garros, 24h du Mans: three environments, three trades, one same demand for anticipation and composure.

What I take on

Accreditation and flow management

  • Overseeing the accreditation process: requests, badge distribution
  • Every category: athletes, officials, media, suppliers
  • Incident handling: losses, unauthorised access, reissue
  • Working alongside the security teams
  • Managing the flow of people across high-attendance venues

Logistics and stock management

  • Goods inwards, checking and storage
  • Order picking and checking
  • Replenishment and stocktakes
  • Delivery and distribution across multiple points: shops, PR, exhibitors
  • Automated stock tracking and stocktakes: bespoke tools and dashboards kept up to date without re-keying

On-site coordination and reporting

  • Operational interface between the on-site teams and venue management
  • Access, circulation routes, technical areas and VIP areas
  • Executive VIP transport: directors, CEOs, public figures
  • Coordination and reporting with the security, operations, transport, accommodation and volunteer departments
  • Handling the unexpected and making calls in real time

Venue Accreditation Manager for AccredOPS | 2024

Main Accreditation Centre at Paris Expo. 20 days on mission across a 2-month event, within an English-speaking international team based in Munich.

  • Around 700 requests resolved a day at the help desk, in a team of 8
  • Overseeing the accreditation process across the Olympic and Paralympic venues
  • Handling requests and distributing badges for every category: athletes, officials, media, suppliers
  • Incident handling: lost badges, unauthorised access, liaison with security, reissue
  • Coordination and reporting with the security, operations, transport, accommodation and volunteer departments

Logistics officer for La Griffe and the FFT | 2026

More than 200 product lines and around 20,000 items a day, across more than 10 delivery points. Goods inwards, stock levels, order picking and checking, delivery to the shops and to PR. Taking part in the stocktakes, to deadline.

Executive transport coordination for agency Facett | 2026

Coordinating the executive transport operation for the Genesis and Hyundai CEOs. Managing drivers and hosts for the full duration of the race. Direct interface with the client and the suppliers, handling whatever came up on the ground.
