I work as production support for event, creative and corporate agencies, on one-off projects or through periods of heavy workload.

My role: turn creative intentions into workable plans, drive them through, and secure the delivery, fitting into the processes already in place.

  • Technical coordination of sound, lighting and video, working with the technicians
  • Stage management, show calling, running the event
  • Public, VIP and talent flow
  • Event safety: French public-venue regulations, site constraints
  • Handling the unexpected and making calls in real time

  • Coordinating event space fit-out projects
  • Sourcing materials, directing fabricators and craftspeople
  • Reading technical drawings, costing, quotes
  • Following fabrication through, and testing whether a set design can actually be built
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp

  • Coordinating photo and video operations
  • Interface between the creative, technical and on-site teams
  • Timings, access, flow and shooting conditions

  • Building bespoke tracking tools and automation scripts
  • Generating documents straight from a database: itineraries, purchase orders, reports
  • Removing double entry: from an Excel file into a Word document or a CRM
  • Production databases in Notion or Airtable, shared across departments and with the client
  • Dashboards and reporting that update without re-keying

70 ambassadors looked after across 5 days. Logistics and set preparation for the Breitling operation at the Wheels & Waves festival. Liaison with local suppliers. Coordinating deliveries, technical preparation and sets across several locations.
