I work with cultural and film festivals, supporting their teams through preparation, structure and delivery on the ground.

My role: secure the organisation, keep the departments talking to one another, and make sure the event runs as planned, under pressure on deadlines, resources and logistics.

What I take on

  • Running a project end to end: scoping, budget, schedule, delivery, review
  • Overall coordination of operations
  • Backwards planning and holding deadlines across many contributors
  • Writing specifications, running tenders, negotiating with suppliers
  • Issuing purchase orders, budget tracking, reporting
  • Post-event reviews: debrief, KPIs, recommendations

  • Looking after talent, juries, speakers and guests
  • Drawing up tailored itineraries
  • Accompanying them to press calls, screenings, the red carpet, private lunches and dinners
  • Coordinating hair & make-up teams, liaising with the beauty partners
  • Running the set pieces: red carpet steps, speeches, screenings

  • Coordinating build-up, show days and strike
  • Site management, show calling, running the event
  • Site access, circulation routes and technical areas
  • Equipment, deliveries and on-site teams
  • Running the festival offices and guest areas

  • Coordinating and managing driver teams
  • Travel logistics for talent, guests and partners
  • Route optimisation and day-to-day tracking through a dedicated CRM

  • Building bespoke tracking tools, up to a real-time driver journey app
  • Generating documents straight from a database: itineraries, purchase orders, reports
  • Removing double entry: from an Excel file into a Word document or a CRM
  • Production databases in Notion or Airtable, shared across departments
  • Dashboards and reporting that update without re-keying

Nouvelles Vagues | Biarritz Film Festival

Talent handler, hair & make-up and driver coordination | 2024 to 2026

Liaison with the teams and talent in competition, with guests and agents. Drawing up itineraries and accompanying them to press calls, screenings, the red carpet, private lunches and dinners. Coordinating the hair & make-up teams with beauty partners Chanel and Kérastase, on a day-by-day schedule. Coordinating the driver team and all travel, for more than 375 accredited guests.

Festival & Industry operations coordination | 2026

Accreditation management. Design and editorial coordination of the festival booklet. Running the festival offices and writing the reports from Paris. Coordinating conferences and panels. Welcoming and looking after Club participants: lunches, cocktails, workshops. Post-production with the head of operations.

13th edition, 17,000 festival-goers. Preparing and running the site, managing the festival Village at cour Mably. Following up suppliers and partners, drawing up schedules and purchase orders. Build-up and strike, delivery logistics and welcoming the artists.

Coordinating and planning events at the major international film markets: Berlinale, Festival de Cannes, Yokohama, Rendez-vous de Paris, the French-German Rendez-vous. Organisation around teams, productions, films, directors and actors. Administration and reporting: rooming, transport, invoice tracking, dashboards. Sourcing and tendering for venues, visual design and F&B suppliers.
